2023 Q1 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, December 9 at 12PM

Why? We need your info by this date to meet the poster and walking map print deadline!

Who needs to register? Partners and participants hosting artists pay a registration fee. Restaurants, cafes and bars offering Art Walk specials continue to participate free of charge. All participants will be featured on our website, our Google Map linked to the blog post, and on social media.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

Limited Edition Participation $95 (discounted) New option for businesses who might be off the beaten paths of the Art Walk neighborhoods, and/or who may want to try dipping their toes into Art Walk without committing to a full year (Q4: October, November, December; Q1: January, February, March).

Once-a-Quarter Art Walk Night Party/Reception $50 New option for businesses who would like to be part of the Art Walk event but have limitations (staffing hours, location, resources for artist sourcing) that make it challenging to host a monthly artist reception. This option also allows for the business to host the same artist/s for the quarter as rotating office decor.

Be a Participating Business!  $50/quarter or discounted $180/year registration fees. This includes your business being featured on the printed walking map, quarterly posters and an official Art Walk plaque to hang in your location, walking map trifold brochures to distribute to customers, and promotion on our blog, social media, and community email newsletter.

Restaurant, Bar or Cafe? FREE to join! for food establishments offering an “Art Walk Special” (extended happy hour, special drink, or discount) and will include all the benefits at the quarter registration level. NOTE: Food establishments wishing to host artists will need to pay the registration fee.

Be a Partner! $175/quarter or discounted $650/year registration fees. You don’t have to host an artist or offer a restaurant special to join Art Walk. Your Partnership registration includes your logo on the front of the walking map and poster, promotion of your business on our Partners page as well as exposure via our social media feeds and West Seattle Junction newsletter. And, if you ever choose to host an artist, you may do so at no additional charge.
