Taylor Renno has been doing art since before she can remember. She grew up on Vashon Island, and has focussed on making art a career since she was 13 years old, showing in local galleries, and apprenticing with local artists. The tiny, typically unnoticed, details of everyday life are the things that strike Taylor the most, and she aims to highlight them in her work as an artist; featuring things like small bubbles, wrinkled napkins, and wilting petals.
Currently 25, Taylor has recently gone back to school to pursue a degree in cognitive neuroscience, another thing about which she is very passionate. In the times when she isn’t buried in homework or working on commissioned paintings, you can most likely find Taylor either rock climbing or brewing beer at home. Because, why not do everything?
She hopes that you like her work, and that it inspires you to take notice of the tiny detailing that make up the whole of your everyday life.
