February HeART Walk in Pictures

West Seattleites came out to share their love for February Art Walk’s special event – HeART Bingo. The WS Art Walkers picked up bingo cards at participating businesses and claimed stickers for each business visited. After visiting 5 or more venues, participants turned in their cards for a chance to be entered into a drawing for a specially curated Valentine’s Day Basket, with lovely items contributed by our art walk local businesses! Everyone had a great time!

We were thankful for a dry evening, with a (hopeful) hint of spring in the air. Love was in the air as well, and out on display everywhere we looked. Easy Street sweethearts enjoyed a night out, and supportive crowds shared laughter and joy. Artists were well received by all. Kat Whitman at Zeeks Pizza sold 2 pieces in the first 45 minutes!

Our team of volunteer Art Walk photographers did a wonderful job of capturing the ambiance of the evening as well as the art and artists. Thank you, Carole, Dan, Jill, Michelle, and Nancy. We couldn’t do this without you! If you weren’t able to come out, we hope you take a moment to check out photos of the receptions below or on social media. Or, better yet, come see the shows yourself. Most of the artwork featured will be up all month long, so do find time to visit these venues.

We want to thank all our generous partners for the support they bring to the West Seattle Art Walk – Northwest Art and Frame, Verity Credit UnionCanna West Seattle, Quail Park, Easy Street Records, West Seattle Realty, our media partner West Seattle Blog and our printing partner Sky Printing.
