Bev Hill
Blog Manager
Bev moved to West Seattle in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, and could only look longingly into storefront and restaurant windows during that time. As a child she lived in Australia, South America, the US Midwest and California. When she was 13 her family settled in Seattle, and she has lived in the Northwest ever since. Trained as an industrial designer, and practiced as an architectural lighting designer, she has long been appreciative of the visual arts. She now makes art in her own studio and can finally visit stores and get to know and enjoy the West Seattle community.

Helen Halpern
Photography Director
Helen is from Philadelphia originally and is now enjoying her home in West Seattle with her husband Steve, toddler Max and dog Nutmeg. She has been a lifelong art lover and traveler and is excited to be a part of the West Seattle Art Walk. She works as an occupational therapist and is always seeking new opportunities to learn and be inspired by art. She enjoys painting, reading, exploring new places and meeting new people, as well as gardening in her new West Seattle backyard.

Shoshannah Hoffman
Graphic Design
Shoshannah lives in West Seattle with her partner Justin and cat Flora. She has enjoyed working and living in the West Seattle community since 2007 and loves the small town in a big city feel. When not working at a local West Seattle school, Shoshannah can be found cooking up a feast, enjoying music at one of the many amazing venues in Seattle, or hard at work in her garden.

Nancy Standifer
Volunteer/ Business Spotlights
Nancy is a 30-year resident of West Seattle who is excited to be part of the Art Walk team. She helps amplify our creative art community through writing and photography. Her day gig includes internal communications work and she spends most of her free time outside, with her husband and Corgi, hiking, biking, skiing and, of course, playing pickleball. Her next adventure is Vietnam!
