The upcoming September 8 West Seattle Art Walk will feature Art of Music with events both in Admiral and the Alaska Junction!
- September 8 – Catchy melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and soulful delivery: Trevor Ras @ KeyBank. Funky beats and campfire sing-a-longs land Trevor’s music between Zac Brown, Van Morrison, and James Taylor. Drawing inspiration from sailing the islands of Puget Sound and the Gulf Islands, he’s come to view life as a seaborne adventure. Where the musician meets the sea is where his 3rd solo album, Life at Sea was born. Click here for Trevor Ras’ flyer.

September 8 – With a blend of rock, pop, country, blues, and soft jazz, Taylor John Hardin @ WEND Jewelry has you covered! If it can be played on the guitar, Taylor’s already started learning it. Taylor’s side gigs include Twitch Streamer, Music Teacher, Host of BandHouse Podcast, and tons of other music projects. Click here for Taylor John Hardin’s flyer. And check out this video of Taylor!
Each musician will be performing family-friendly content for 90 minutes at their Art of Music event, from 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm, with one 15-minute break at the midway point.

We are grateful for the passion and drive of project originator and coordinator John Redenbaugh – thank you, John, for enriching the West Seattle Art Walk!
Music can evoke passion, emotion, and joy. The Art of Music provides an opportunity for aspiring musicians to combine the appreciation of visual arts with the appreciation of musical expression. This special event, presented by the West Seattle Junction Association, was created to complement Art Walk for the benefit of ALL Art Lovers.
